Cancellation Policy:Our standard cancellation policy is 4 PM local time. This means that you will not be charged for any cancelled reservation as long as we are notified no later than 4 PM Central Standard Time on the day of arrival. Any cancellation after that will be charged for one night plus tax. All cancellations must be done by phone and you must obtain a cancellation number as proof of cancellation. Cancellation for special events may be different.
